The food was very good, but we had a very small class and it seemed very rushed, as we all had so much to do. I don’t feel like we really learned much, it was all too frantic and too much like just taking orders rather than actually learning. The recipes were different to what the instructor said also I’m not really sure why they were there. I wouldn’t feel confident making any of the dishes that we learned in this class.

Enjoyed the class, it is better to do it with a friend/partner as you prepare a meal together. Duck Demystified class covers many ways to prepare a duck, how to cook, & taste each meal at the end. Good for people who don’t know how to prepare & cook duck, and good if you havent eaten much duck to try it in the meals we made.

Was such a lovely activity to do with my partner! The class was run so smoothly, professionally & we got all the support we needed! All the dishes was so yummy and there’s was a even some leftover that we got to take some home and enjoyed it the next day for lunch ! The class was outstanding. Five pairs created an absolute feast under the guidance of Wendy. We all learnt how to complete all recipes and got to sit down and share them at the end.
