The class was outstanding. Five pairs created an absolute feast under the guidance of Wendy. We all learnt how to complete all recipes and got to sit down and share them at the end. Wendy’s coordination of us was brilliant and Rhonda was a powerhouse support. This was one of the best gifts I have ever received and would recommend it to everyone.

This class was fantastic. Wendy and Ellie were great teachers who the made the experience enjoyable and interesting. We cooked a number of dishes in pairs and at each point that something new was being shown to a pair, we all had the opportunity to look. We learnt about preparing a whole duck, some tips for vegetable preparation, how to make pasta from scratch easily, how to cook the different parts of the duck easily and how to make some really easy and delicious sauces.

What an amazing experience! My daughter and I loved the time we spent together doing something we enjoy – cooking! It was great to learn all about duck and how to create a range of dishes showcasing this beautiful bird. As we cooked we also ate roast duck and Peking duck with a lovely glass of wine and at the end, we sat down to a magnificent banquet. I can’t wait to try another of the classes.

Had an excellent time learning to cook. Everyone was super friendly and it was good to pick up tips and tricks of cooking duck along the way. The teacher was very knowledgeable and amazing at coordinating all the different dishes being cooked at the same time. I learned a great deal about preparing and cooking duck. I found it very informative and very professionally run – Wendy was great 🙂 The class was a perfect balance of instruction and hands-on and had a fun, relaxed atmosphere. I had the pleasure of learning how to dissect a duck for the first time and some inside knowledge on roasting a duck. Also learned many flavour combinations for use with duck breasts, which was rewarding.

Fabulous class. In this very hands on class we learn’t how easy it is to prepare an array of duck dishes as well as some tricks of the trade e.g. how to make your own pasta, mayonnaise and boil the perfect egg.
